Order Process

For custom apparel, signage and decals:
  • The process begins once an order has been placed.
  • As soon as we receive the order, we review it to catch and fix basic design issues. This includes problems with image quality, design placement, and others.

Orders of less than 16 units and reorders will be auto approved unless otherwise specified by the customer.

  • Once approved, the order is submitted into the production queue.

Orders are prioritized based on the shipping option selected during checkout with rush orders given priority over orders with ground or free shipping.

  • Once the order has been completed, it is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. Then it's packaged, and a tracking number is generated, and ready to be shipped out. The customer will then receive an email with the tracking information as soon as the order has shipped.

Design Placement

Make sure to leave your desired placement in the notes box after uploading your design. If no placement notes are added we will automatically asume center chest placement.

Image resolution recommended

Minimum Image Resolution: 150 DPI (dots per inches) to ensure optimal quality.

Maximum Image Resolution: 300 DPI

Here we will work together to gather all information needed to design your website or logo.

Get to work

This step is fundamental in the whole process - both parties are involved - the customer and us. You will receive designs and you'll have the chance to give feedback and request any changes if needed!


Once you are 100% happy with your new website/logo, your final files will be sent to you.
